COFFEE CAN METHOD Homemade Ice Cream

Materials: ½ cup of whole milk 1 tablespoon of sugar ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract or chocolate syrup Ice! Ice! Ice! Rock salt 1 small coffee can and one large coffee can

Step One Mix milk, sugar, vanilla and place in small coffee can Place smaller can inside of larger coffee can

Step Two Place two (2) quarts of ice in large can of rock salt Seal the coffee can tightly

Step Three Shake the large coffee can vigorously for at least ten (10) minutes
