Exclusive Offer on New Alerts and My New Method of Trading

Day trading, short term trading, options trading, and futures trading are extremely risky undertakings. They generally are not appropriate for someone with limited capital, little or no trading experience, and/ or a low tolerance for risk. Never execute a trade unless you can afford to and are prepared to lose your entire investment. All trading operations involve serious risks, and you can lose your entire investment. No trades are recommendations or advice and we cannot be sued for losses of capital. All trades are for educational purposes only. Contact your broker or RAI for execution, margin, and other capital requirements. Everyone watching presentation adheres to ALL disclaimers on and RISK DISCLAIMER

Web – The Trader The Old and Boring ME: – Buy & Hold investor since I was 8. – Triple Bachelor of Science: Computer Science, Theatre, Photography – Masters degree in Directing Theatre – Produced Off-Broadway in NYC for 5 years. – Won an OBIE for “Hand to God” World Premiere – After producing Julie Taymor’s “Midsummer…”, I decided to move away from producing and pursue something calmer. – So, I turned back to the market. – I wanted the BEST Job in the World: To Trade as a PRO – In the first 6 months of being an active trader without ANDREW KEENE, I had lost 50% of my account. (about $90k) 3

I am Just like Everyone Here today My Mistakes? – Buying High, Selling Low. – Trading with my gut. – Listening to others and trusting them without understanding their methods or reasons. The Results? – I was trading too large – Potential profits blinded me to actual risk. – I didn’t know my exits – I didn’t have targets, I got greedy and didn’t sell when I should have. – I was riding the “hope-ium” train that it might turn around. -- I didn’t cut when I should have. How did I fix the problem?: – I decided that the money was only “lost” if I didn’t learn from having lost it. – I joined a KeeneOnTheMarket.com’s trade room so I wasn’t trading alone anymore and that I could get source for new ideas from a community and Andrew and James. – I just NEEDED my own technical tools that I understood, that could give me an edge... – WITH THEIR HELP AND MY Trading Style: I started my OWN Trading Plan 4

The Exclusive Alerts Never Shared Before I came across Auction Market Theory, using the value area (70% of the volume weighted trading range) from the previous day as a guide for day-trading the /ES. Trading the market profile, etc. But I didn’t just want to trade the /ES… I wanted to know if it could work on other things, and beyond day trading… – Weekly? Monthly? Yearly? – Other futures? – Equities?? In testing these methods, I noticed that /CL was weakening (breaking below yearly value) in September last year. In October I started shorting around 88.…. I stopped at Break below yearly value Late September 2014

The Exclusive Alerts Never Shared Before I had found my way towards recovery. My edge. Value Areas across all time frames: The MarketWebs Method worked for day trading every stock, every future. Method worked in choosing whether I wanted to follow Unusual Option Activity. Method worked for analyzing Earnings and deciding direction. Method worked for swing trading equities and futures. The method even worked for other things, Like buying a car…… 6

Trading Value (not price!) – A Real World Example By knowing the car’s “value area”, I know: what everyone else bought it for, what’s a good price, what’s a steal, and at what price I’m the sucker at. But also knowing the value area, I can recognize when the price is outside of range and more actively participate in price discovery: – Below value: How low can I buy it for? I’ll wait to find out. – Above value: How low can I buy it for? How high will the price go? I can’t wait, but the seller can! 7 Value Area Low Value Area High Point Of Control Buyer Wins Dealer Wins Price Discovery Zone: Best Trade Price Unknown “ Do I hear 30…25…20…15…?” Price Discovery Zone: Best Trade Price Unknown “Do I hear 40…45…50…55…?” 70% of Range

Trading Value (not price!) 8 Value area on stock charts works the same way. Volume is charted on the X Axis and a profile is created. 70% of the profile is the value area. Buyers In Control, Sellers Step Away Sellers In Control, Buyers Step Away Price Time Buyers In Control Sellers In Control Fairest Price to Do Business Value Area Low Value Area High Point of Control Discovery (Auction) Zone “Do I hear 50…45…40…35…” “Do I hear 60…65…70…75…”

Trading Value (not price!) 9 Price Volume Price Time The Trading Plan: Participate in Price Discovery (Auction) Zones B – Buy A – Above S – Sell B – Below O – Or W – Wait W - Within I wait for breaks of the value area, I buy on a break above, I short on a break below. And I am cautiously watching/waiting when inside value.

The MarketWebs 10 I had found my edge, but I needed a tool that did all this FAST: I need to be able to see in seconds strength or weakness – Where are the auction zones? I need automatic Value Areas on All Time Frames – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly – no input! I need targets for taking profits in a disciplined manner – Where the auction may end. Dynamic Stop Losses for limiting my risk in a disciplined manner. – If the auction ends early. Break above value, still bullish. Value Area So after months of work, I created the MarketWebs:

Trading Value Inside of value: 11 Buyers Win Sellers Win

Value Areas – The Gravity Theory 15 Value Area Low Value Area High Point Of Control The Gravitational Fields… Value Area and Targets… Imagine Price as a ball rolling up and down hills… Short Targets Long Targets

Value Areas – The Setups The more time is spent in a time frame, the higher the peaks, the deeper the valleys. Primary Set-Ups: When time is spent inside of value and breaks out of value for a period of time (~4 bars), price will tend to retest value, at this point go long or short (above or below value respectively) and place stops inside of value, targeting the provided targets. Secondary Set-Ups: When time is spent above value, buy at the value area high with stop inside value. When time is spent below value, sell at the value area low with stop inside value. When time is spent inside of value, sell at the value area high, buy at the value area low with stops outside value, and always target the point of control for exit. 80% Rule Set-Ups: When time is spent above value and price breaks into value, sell at the value area high and target the value area low with a stop above value. When time is spent below value and price breaks into value, buy at the value area low and target the value area high with a stop below value. After playing out the above set-ups, reverse direction at target and now target the point of control with a stop outside of value.
