People are our business SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT PROGRAM OBJECTIVE –Retain only airmen who consistently demonstrate the capability and willingness to maintain high professional standards –Applies to ALL enlisted personnel

People are our business SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT PROGRAM SCREENING PROCESS –All eligibility requirements met –Possess qualities necessary –Air Force requirement –Immediate supervisor recommendation –Nonselection = ineligible for promotion
