Step 1 Enter all or part of your centre name (school/college) Press Find You will be presented with a drop-down list of YE registered centres that match your search criteria Select your centre and press ‘Add Centre Information’ If your centre is not listed, press ‘search again’ and use shortened criteria

Step 1 continued Add your Centre Lead details (teacher/tutor) Use this button to add another centre (if you have students from multiple centres) OR another Centre Lead (if you have more than one teacher/tutor associated with a company) Press ‘Save’ Press ‘Next Step’

Step 2 Add the company name o This can be changed at a later date on YE Online Select whether the company will operate as a traditional (commercial profit making) company or a Social Enterprise o This can be changed BEFORE shares are sold Press ‘Save & Continue’

Step 3 Add student details You must add at least 6 participants and no more than 25 Press ‘Save student & add another’ until you have listed each participant Click ‘Next step’ You will be asked to confirm that you have added everyone

Step 4 Add Business Adviser details Add the 6 digits of the Volunteer VR Number Press Find The Adviser will be added Add an address if desired – They will then receive a personal welcome and YE Online login details Add any more advisers as required, in the same way Press ‘Save and Continue’
