People are our business COMMAND RESPONSIBLITIES Create environment free from unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment Regularly brief and issue zero tolerance policy memos Enforce MEO policy in fair, impartial, prompt manner

People are our business COMMAND RESPONSIBILITIES Consider religious accommodation requests Ensure raters/reviewers evaluate MEO compliance and document repeated or serious violations Inform members of right to file MEO complaints without fear of reprisal

People are our business COMMAND RESPONSIBILITIES Investigate unlawful discrimination and harassment allegations Take prompt action when unlawful discrimination and harassment is substantiated Brief alleged offenders and protect complainants identity when possible
