 1”-inch or bigger, 3-ring binder  Notebook paper  Graph paper  Pencils  TI-83 or TI-84 Calculator  Pen

 Daily: activities, group work, homework = 30%  Tests, projects = 70% (3 tests + 1 project per term)  NOTE! Students are allowed one retest per 9 weeks. Retests must be completed before the 9 weeks ends.  NOTE! Homework will be collected at the beginning of class (check the syllabus for the dates)

 Find missing assignments in the designated place (box, on-line etc.) when you are back in class.  If you are absent before a test, you will be expected to take the test the day that you return (after school)  Tests are scheduled for Tuesdays or Fridays (as per CHS testing Schedule)

 For any work assigned during a student’s absence, the student will be permitted one day for each day of absence to complete that work.  Long-term assignments are due even if the student is absent on that day

 Monday 2:45 - 3:15 pm  Wednesday 2:45 – 4:00 pm  Thursday 2:45 – 4:00 pm  NOTE! There might be changes due to conflicts such as appointments, meetings, school duty etc.

 Students get Progress Reports every 3 weeks  Students get Report Cards every 9 weeks  Grades on Report Cards are final  Notifications on students’ progress in class will be delivered by es/phones as needed
