Background and History  Founded by Bob Tiffin in  All three sons work with him  “if you don’t treat people fairly, you can’t look them in the eye.”

Problems and Goals  More Advertising  “guaranteed Promise”  Virtual Tour  Get involved with community.

Objectives  Hire a good local commercial filming crew.  Create better website.  Get advertisement on internet and newspapers  Find local charities to work with.

Audience  Retired couples in their 50’s to 60’s.  Large families.

Strategies & Tactics  Look up and call in for advertising.  Talk to local companies and seek their advise.

Calendar  Take three to six months.  Figure out budget.  Month 1: Hire Advertisement.  Month 2: Fix up website with virtual tour and put up the “guaranteed promise.”  Month 3-6: Get involve in charities and have commercial on air.

Budget  $6,000 for commercial and other advertisement.  $200 for someone to do the virtual tour.

Evaluation  I will use telephone, internet, etc.  Hopefully everything will go through.
