Over 57% of the work is now in the mid-scale segments, with a sharp drop in upper upscale. Mostly located in the Northeast, Central and Southeast regions and an increase in direct to site shipments. A steady “Green” involvement in the project. Varying product lead times and replacement cycles, but increasing deposits. A slightly declining trend toward Asia, but with Asia still over half of all FF&E sourcing. And over half of the ISHP members think business will be up in SUMMARY 20
