Running of the course To be held at the Le Strange Hotel: Hunstanton On Saturdays in 11Jan/ 1Feb/8 March Cost £100/day/delegate. 3 day course.
Aims and objectives Course to facilitate the development of Associate Trainers, who can feel confident in training Foundation year 2 doctors and GP Trainees. Skills taught: -Identification of the trainee learning needs -Looking at ways of fulfilling those needs -Learning how to do assessments effectively e.g., CBD’s/COTS/Mini CEX

Day1 :pm Group activity on addressing learning needs. 1.00pm-1.10 Role play : Giving effective feedback : Receiving feedback pm: Reflecting on feedback 2pm-2.30pm : Tea break pm Making a change based on feedback. 3pm-3.30pm Review of the day and homework for the next day:

End of course Give out feedback forms to be completed before a CPD certificate to be given for 5 hrs of CPD per day
