 Getting our work done on time and achieving good grades  Maintain our mental and physical health  Help to achieve a more balanced life

 Analyze your current effectiveness by identifying where you spend your time  Identify ways to improve your time management skills

 Keep your time log for a week  Use a time planner  Organize yourself

 Learn to manage interruption  Make short term targets which move you towards your goal  Learn to say “NO”, for those which are not important
