ASC Funding Sources Academic Support Fee ( effective FY 2011) A fee of $4.00 per semester credit hour will be charged and collected from students to cover the costs of academic support services offered by the University to include academic advising, tutoring, and supplemental instruction as well as other expenses which the Board of Regents deems necessary or desirable to provide academic support services at Midwestern State University (UG Catalog , page 31.)
