The AF has been at war for the past 15 years and we are in the fight today Providing the best air capabilities for the nation means tough decisions in balancing resources The AF has lost over $31B in budget authority and $10B per year in buying power due to the rising costs of equipment, personnel and fuel We need to work together more than ever to ensure we get the best value for our dollars.
