Open file PUBA-1 Objects are elements such as tables, text boxes, geometric shapes, clipart, word art, and picture frames that can be resized, moved, joined, or organized so that one object appears to be in front of another. Text boxes can be wrapped around other objects. The advantage to using text Boxes is that the contents within the box can be easily moved anywhere within a publication.

Entering Text in a Text Box A text box is an object. It can be resized and repositioned. 1.To add a text, click the textbox button in the toolbox. 2.The cursor turns to a cross-hair. If you simply click on the page, a default size box is added. If you click and then drag, you decide what size the box will be. 3.Once you have let go, handles will appear around the box. 4.You can then enter the desired text. If you tap F9, the area will enlarge, making it easier to read your text. 5.You can change the size of the box by using the dragging the handles. 6.You can change the font type, size, etc. 7.You can also click on the dotted border and drag the text box to any location on the screen.

Viewing and Printing a Publication Before printing, it’s a good idea to preview your publication. When you preview a publication, you see a copy as it will appear when printed Page UPWhole PageZoom Page DownMultiple PagesColor/Grayscale PrintZoomColor Separations
