Sampled 4,634 full-time (registered >4 hours) undergraduate students aged 18 to 26 from 40 randomly selected public and private universities, colleges, and community colleges A mixed mode approach in survey administration was used to collect data via telephone interviews and solicitation to complete an online survey 761 telephone interviews and 3,873 online surveys were completed Weights were calculated to adjust the data analysis for the multi-stage cluster sample design and for differences in mode of data collection
