Investment Claims (IC) is an online resource for both practitioners and academic users. It contains: unrivalled online access to a comprehensive collection of full text arbitration awards and decisions with peer-reviewed case reports and analysis, a vast collection of bilateral investment treaties and treaty sector overviews from key jurisdictions.
Investment Claims also contains:coverage of arbitral rules, statutes and international instruments relevant to investor-state disputes, regular updates - new awards are posted within 36 hours of receipt, valuable additional content drawn from key Oxford University Press arbitration books and journal articles, headnotes and authoritative commentary prepared by an expert team and reviewed by a pre-eminent board of practitioners and academics.
You can browse by Content type, by Author or by Arbitrators and Counsel.
You can search within results for example, for a particular bilateral treaty, such as China/Switzerland.

Each case also includes: a summary of the facts and the findings of the arbitral tribunal or court, references to further sources of analysis and lists of cases and instruments cited. The majority of awards and decisions have full headnotes and expert analysis. The headnote allows the reader to gain an overview of the case in seconds. Prepared by a team of regional contributors and reviewed by a board of pre- eminent practitioners, the analysis of each case places the decision in context for the reader.
Each case is also linked to the Oxford Law Citator.
