Shpresa Kastrati, Head of Waste Section Prishtinë Reporting to WWRO  Based on the WWRO regulation that are in force each Waste Company should prepare and submit reports to the WWRO in a form and date specified by Regulator time to time.  These data's will serve to WWRO for determining the performance indicators which will make the possibility to have a clear view of Waste Company performance.  These reports will be transparent for public and all stakeholders.

Shpresa Kastrati, Head of Waste Section Prishtinë  On-time reporting will be of great importance and also will enable this data to be processed and analyzed on time and with proper quality.  The data will be reported on monthly basis to the date 15 th of each month regarding previous month. The data will be reported via electronic mail or by post.  It is necessary to point out the importance of data accuracy.

Shpresa Kastrati, Head of Waste Section Prishtinë New Reporting Regime What this Report will consist  Report will consist the accurate financial, operative and costumer data.  Except operative and financial date it is to important that the Companies should create a regular system for keeping the costumer information, which are: register of telephone calls and other contacts that are related with costumer complains and requirements, costumer register and other information that will be reported.  All date’s will be subject of regular inspection from Regulator with aim to verify their accuracy.

Shpresa Kastrati, Head of Waste Section Prishtinë Were we start  As a starting point for having a new reporting regime was experience gain with the existing report compare with the experience gain with reporting system in Water Sector.  Un fulfillment of the reporting obligation by companies and requirements for modifying the current forms, made us to create a new more advanced and simplified reporting regime.  The form that we will present it is indicated as very successful in water sector.

Shpresa Kastrati, Head of Waste Section Prishtinë New changes in reporting regime  All the monthly and periodic reports has been merged in one monthly report which will contain the operative, financial and costumer data.  The requested data are verified that are available for the Companies.  The data’s are more generalized.  The schedule for submitting the reports it is modified and simplified in order to be more appropriate for capability of companies.

VAT)  Salaries (total labour costs) - Included in this category are wages & salaries, employer's pension fund contribution, allowances, in kind compensation, sick leave, gratifications, bonuses etc.  Fuel -Included shall be those fuel costs that are charged for the reporting period.

All amounts are excluding VAT.

Shpresa Kastrati, Head of Waste Section Prishtinë Annual Report  Based on the Licensing and Tariff Rule, each company should submit to the Regulator annual report in a form and intervals specified by Regulator from time to time.  This Report will be on help to Regulator for collection of necessary information for more realistic tariff setting and also to monitor the performance of the companies which will indicate on licensing process.  WWRO so far have create a reporting regime, the form of the Annual Report that already exist is in a process of modification.  The current form in comparison with the unsatisfied situation in companies on regard of functioning a proper system for collection of information, is evaluated as too detailed and hardly to be filled up by companies.  Therefore with new reporting regime will be possibility to simplify the Annual Report with the data that will be monthly collected with OFCR, and which will be used to fill up the Annual Report.

Shpresa Kastrati, Head of Waste Section Prishtinë What we will expect from you  WWRO have now inform all Companies and stakeholders with new reporting regime and have present the draft of data sheet which has to be reviewed by all.  Now we think that all Waste Companies should analyze the proposed draft of reporting and give their comments for:  Possibility of responding to the WWRO requirements  Are this information available in the companies  Any other suggestions for additional information that need to be reported  And any other comments that may be necessary for this faze.
