(1st Position of the Maintenance Code) - Intermediate Direct support level can remove, replace, and use the item. (2nd Position of the Maintenance Code) - Non-repairable. No repair is authorized. (Recoverability Code) - Non-repairable item. When unserviceable, condemn and dispose of the item at the level of maintenance shown in the 3rd position of the SMR Code.

31 SCRAPER COMBINATION REGULATOR Used to clean the gas regulator plug.

33 REAMERS, CLEANING Used to clean carbon from the gas inlet holes on the gas plug regulator and the gas port hole on the barrel.
