Appendix A Insert General Picture of Citizenship

Ross had been learning about good citizenship at school. He decided to spend the day being a good citizen. First, he helped his younger sister find her shoes. His mom was pleased, so she put some extra snack money in his schoolbag. At school, Ross helped a boy who had dropped his books on the sidewalk. Then, after school, Ross saw his neighbor calling for her dog, Buster. Ross helped her find Buster. That night, Ross said, “I had a great day!” Ross had been learning about good citizenship at school. He decided to spend the day being a good citizen.
