CDC Registry Funds (IZ, Cancer) for Meaningful Use Leverage funding from partnerships to achieve shared goal CMS 90/10 funding in partnership with HCPF CORHIO Funding Grants from Colorado Health Foundation and ARRA HITECH award focused on building capacity for statewide health information exchange Funds will alleviate a portion of the one-time set-up cost of launching HIE in communities CORHIO's long-term sustainability is dependent upon a fee-based subscription model SIM Grant Colorado received a Pre-Testing Assistance Award of approx. $2M from CMS to develop/refine its comprehensive State Health Care Innovation Plan, building on proposal to implement Statewide Health Innovations Fostering Transformation program (SHIFT) that will integrate behavioral health and clinical health care.
