Computer reads this NC-CODE and send to controller, then equipment moves along NC-CODE. Code window read and shows that NC-CODE. LINE : ‘LINE’ shows the current line number of NC-CODE. If a user want to see certain line, then click and put a certain line number and ‘Enter’.

This window shows coordinate values of previous step. Click ‘ 시작 ’ again, then the axis of equipment moves to selected position. And click ‘ 시작 ’ once again, then the operation starts.

Before start, zero adjustment is needed : This button stops the machine’s operation : This button is used when the code get back to the first line : Pause the machine while manufacturing process. User always click this button when user want to stop a machine moment

When the signal is off, then red light and green light above the reset button flicker and ‘Emergency Mode Active’ message shows : Inversely, when the signal is on, green light is on and ‘Emergency Mode Active’ message is disappear : This button shows the window such as page 11. Basic window : This button shows the window in 18 page. It is used to check x, y, z axis sensor. When sensor operates, yellow lamp is turned on.

[23] : When user set ‘ 연속 ’ at ‘ 수동 조그 방법 ’, tool’s velocity can control using ‘ 이송 비율 ’. 100 % means tools move with their set velocity, and 50% means tools move with half velocity that they set.

[29] When material processing, FEED(Velocity) value is ‘ 설정속도 ’. According to ‘ 증가 ’and ‘ 감소 ’, ‘ 설정속도 ’ control the velocity referring the ‘ 비율속도 ’ Ex) ‘ 설정속도 ’ = 450 mm / min and 100%. If I increase 200%, then ‘ 비율속도 ’ will change to 900 mm / min and ‘ 현재속도 (current velocity)’ is change to 900 mm / min.
