 Provides feedback from classroom assessments  Displays assessed questions  Displays Correct answers  Displays student responses  Best practice: parent report is attached to a hard copy of the assessment so parents have a reference to analyze correct and incorrect responses.

This diagnostic report provides a quick look at each question that was addressed in your classroom assessment and shows a global look at the collective group to analyze accuracy.

Much like the previous slide, this diagnostic report provides student feedback for each question in regards to the class and not necessarily the individual. This report however, includes a graphical representation in the form of a pie graph.

Similar to the parent report, this report allows the administrator to see each individual performance and compare this information with the whole group – all in the same document.

Percentiles are most often used for determining the relative standing of an individual in a population or the rank position of the individual. This is relevant feedback so that teachers can target teach and provide intervention strategies and activities for students who show a deficiency in their academic progress.

 Teacher created assessments  Opinion polls  Web based resources (Thinklink probes, Brainpop, etc.)  Textbooks  Diagnostic Testing  Surveys  Review Games
