Contact Manager / Client Connect

Contacts vs. Prospects? LPS Real Estate Group2 Formerly in Paragon 4, Contacts where either a general contact or considered a Prospect if a type of Buyer or Seller was applied to the contact record. With Paragon 5 all Contacts regardless of type are now simply known as Contacts. The term Prospects has been removed from all menus.

Contact Manager Wizard 5 After entering contact information and clicking save you are moved to the Contact Manager Wizard. Indicated by the next buttons in the top right corner. Saving the Search 8 From the Spread sheet you can listings, print, get driving directions and more. To save your search, click Save Search in the upper left corner. This saves the search and moves you to the next section of the Contact Manager Wizard. Saved Search Activity 9 Notification sets up the same way as in Paragon 4 (as seen in the next slide.) Client Connect works with notification, creating a website for clients to view listings. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

Contact Activity 10 Icon displays when there is: Activity for the Saved Searches for the Contact Activity on the Client Connect site. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

View and Manage Contacts 11 Select the plus sign on a row to open the corresponding Contact to show details for Saved Searches, Notifications or Client Connect activity for each Saved Search for the contact record. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

What is Client Connect? Client Connect is a new way for an Agents clients to view listings sent to them from Paragon. When a saved search finds listings for a customer, the listings are sent to a Client Connect webpage. Customers go to the Client Connect page, log in, and view the Listings online. They can decide which are Favorites, Possible, or Rejects. 13 CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

Client Connect When a customer takes action on their page of listings, you will be notified via . When they “comment” on a listing, Agents will be notified via . Agents will be able to return comments. notification of “actions taken” will be available to both Agents and Clients. See the Quick Start Guide or Video for more. With Client Connect, Auto Notification does something a little different. 20 With Client Connect, Auto Notification now notifies both the Customer and the Agent of any activity on the Saved Search, or the Client Connect site.
