Intended Outcome To create a “Leadership Network” of individuals in the Toledo Metro Area to share ideas, meet and discuss issues in a non-formal atmosphere, learn from each other, and work to foster regional collaboration in the local government decision making process. Measuring Impact  53 Participants were educated and received certificates of completion from this annual ten-week course. As a direct result, surveys from indicated participants increased their overall knowledge in local government by 86%.
