Improved understanding of the impact of laws, arrest and prosecutions, in order to help develop tools for education, empowerment, and challenge. Improved and co-ordinated understanding and collaboration between national, regional and global advocates, providing case studies and analysis of successes (and failures) in anti- criminalisation advocacy. Greater opportunity for targeted discussion of key issues, identification of best model practices, and development of strategies to better inform domestic legal systems.
