Cloud honeypots stuff Setup a cloud server (in the cloud) Make it vulnerable and tempt attackers to attack you (a honeypot) Monitor “attacks” on your cloud server E.g. people trying to login to your machine via SSH Profile the attacks Who is connecting to you? Can they gain control of your server? What do they do when they take control?

Internet content measurement stuff Lots of “content” on the Internet Websites Videos Music Where is the world’s content hosted? Which country? Which network? Which data centre? How are you connected to the content? What is the delay (e.g. 20 milliseconds?)

Social networky stuff Many social network exist E.g. Facebook, Twitter Many studies to perform E.g. looking at how information spreads through Twitter Studying Untappd A social network based around beer! Can “check-in” beers and review it Share with your friends
