Grades HW/CW/Preparedness – 20% HW is assigned most nights. NO WORK = NO CREDIT HW is posted on board and on my website. Binders, Planner (HW & BR pass) & Pencils *especially on tests/quizzes Homework scores start at 100. Five points are deducted for missing each HW assignment, 1 point is deducted for each time a student is unprepared for class. Tests/Quizzes – 80% Each assessment is worth a varied number of points that is decided departmentally. Tests will be weighted heavier than quizzes. Extra Credit (only included on tests/quizzes)

Extra Help – “LEHP” 7 th Grade: Unfortunately, I have a very odd schedule which only allows me to be free for 7 th grade lunch on B day Fridays (or every other Friday) ……or…… with Mrs. Lay on Thursday in room 203, or Ms. Esposito on Tuesday in room 804 ~ bring bag lunch to maximize help time Homework: It’s all about practice & trying!

Extra Help – “LEHP” 8 th Grade: Every Wednesday in 413 ……or…… with Mrs. Zinkoski on Fridays in room 613, Mrs. Morrone on Tuesday & Friday in room 612, Ms. Esposito on Monday in room 804, or with Ms. Fichera on Wednesday in room 803 ~ bring bag lunch to maximize help time Homework: It’s all about practice & trying!

Remember… Keep open lines of communication. We need to know if there are academic concerns at home. Please use our websites & any additional resources you find. Please share any of the wonderful & helpful things you find with us so we may pass them along. Please log on to your child’s Power School account to track their progress throughout the year.

Before you rush off to your next class… Do you have any Questions??
