I felt a bit useless during the test, as I hadn’t had own tasks I wanted to make a project plan for the rebuilding of the Trondheim rig, and couldn’t do it I wanted to buy software, and couldn’t say if it was a fair price or not 22/09/ René Sass
I have to find/define my own work I don’t have targets or objectives for my work I don’t know the objectives for Tarblaster I don’t know the company’s strategy of Tarblaster 22/09/ René Sass
Define a business/action strategy for Tarblaster ▫We can make a project plan for the next year We can make short term subordinate targets and tasks Define objectives for my work ▫I can make tasks and work packages, the goal achievement can then be assessed by the Board 22/09/ René Sass
