13 Our Proposal 1 1. Unnecessary jobs should be reduced: –Non-related works to the lecture is forced to be defocused –Simple graphs published by ministries can be used without inquiry Effect on reducing time –Check source and policy –Search source information

22 Historical lecture note Some notes written by students in the 19th century are archived in Hokkaido University Library. Some of the notes were converted into machine- editable text. Lectures on Agriculture (1877) Inazo NITOBE Inazo Nitobe, one of the Under- Secretaries General of the League of Nations, became a founding director of International Committee on Intellectual Cooperation, the forerunner of UNESCO.
