Weight Watchers and eTools  Weight Watchers = Weight Loss!  Online support program called “eTools”  Using eTools, members can:  Track their food choices and activity  Use other tools to support their weight-loss efforts

Increased eTools usage… Monthly Pass = FREE eTools

Lack of Training Programs Access has increased but… Training programs have not!

Identified Problem… Members are FRUSTRATED!!!

Desired Performance Outcomes  50% more weight!  Good for the members!  Good for the company!
