Types of injuries Fracture bones Sprains Concussions Muscle tearing

How we receive a concussion Concussion is an injury to the brain caused by impact against the skull. It can often involve a loss of consciousness but does not in all cases. t

How to avoid concussions When playing contact sports, you should wear a helmet that has a good amount of padding. This will absorb the shock of most, not all, vicious hits that you take.

How do you fracture a bone? Stress fracture occurs when the bone itself becomes overstressed and begins to fail.

How to avoid fractured bones One way is to wear extra padding during football games.

What is a Muscle Tear It occurs when part of the muscles of the lower leg are stretched beyond their ability to withstand the tension.

How to prevent a muscle tear: Know your limits when you are exercising or working out.
