Water Saving in Agriculture Source : Israel Farmer’s Federation Production per Water Unit

The Projection on Regional Relationship and Solutions (1)  Israel acts by virtue of the following agreements: -Peace Treaty – Jordan and Israel (26 Oct. 1994) -Interim Agreement – Palestinians and Israel (28 Sept. 1995)  Water is an integral part of the agreement like other issues, such as security, borders, etc.

The Projection on Regional Relationship and Solutions (2)  Bilateral activities (JWC, JTC, JSET’s).  Multilateral activities.  Water shortage forces the parties to bring the water supply issue out of the conflict.

Towards the Future…  Sharing knowledge and experience in water resources management.  Continuous search for mutual creative solutions of additional water resources.  Implementation of new water resources with the assistance of donor countries.

Towards the Future… Water should be a catalyst for cooperation and not a cause for arguments and disputes! Water should be a catalyst for cooperation and not a cause for arguments and disputes!
