SOCIAL NETWORKINGS A social network is a social structure made up of a set of actors (such as individuals or organizations) and the dyadic ties between these actors (such as relationships, connections, or interactions). A social network perspective is employed to model the structure of a social group, how this structure influences other variables, or how structures change over time.social structure

The tool that I chose to apply ICTS in my classes was the most popular social networking Facebook. I chose that one because of the age of the students and the facilities to access. PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION

POPULATION That proposal was develop last year with the students from 13 and 16 years old. The level of the students was elementary VI. Students comes from official schools. Students made a self evaluation about the use of the tool and the amount of English they used.

TEACHER BENEFITS Encourage students to use English in their own context. Bring English into their routines. Improve their writing skill. Have a close relation with them

STUDENTS BENEFITS Be motivated to learn and use the language Be more free and relaxed using the language Exchange information with peers Autonomous Learning

CONCLUSIONS ICTS provide us a huge range of possibilities to use the technology as a way to be more effective and more meaningful for our students and for our teaching labor. Social Networking as Facebook provides us a good path for catch students interest in practice English
