2 The Programme is established for the period to promote and strengthen economic cooperation, entrepreneurship and innovation development in the NB8 countries: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden.

Programme financing All eight Nordic and Baltic countries finance the programme on equal footing Annual budget: 2,300,000 DKK 300,000 EUR 3

4 Purpose Promotion of regional business development and cluster cooperation Networking cooperation on innovative projects Business practice, culture and ethics, CSR Joint N-B utilisation of EU funds Technology transfer for mutual benefit Support of long-term activities

5 Specific sector priority areas Green Growth Health and welfare innovation Entrepreneurship and young entrepreneurs Business incubator network Promoting cluster cooperation aimed at global markets, especially in creative, innovative and knowledge-based industries Initiatives to identify and remove barriers to trade and mobility within the Nordic-Baltic region

6 Applicants Individuals and groups representing: - SMEs, including one-man businesses, with special focus on creative and innovative industries, - structures related to these industries, such as business incubators at universities, colleges, institutions etc. - business organisations

7 Eligible forms of activity Network and cluster facilitating (seminars, workshops...) Study visits Internships On-the-job training

8 Mobility models Nordic-Baltic mobility to at least two countries N  B2+ orB  N2+ Network mobility to one country NB 2+1 or 1+2
