Using RSS with Outlook
Find and click RSS icon on website of interest
Occasionally, the RSS icon will be replaced with these words, which will occur near the bottom of a page. Click the link.
Copy the web address for this new page
Go to Outlook—Tools—Account Settings
Click on the tab “RSS Feeds”
Click the “New” button
Paste in the web address
Click “Add,” then click “OK” on the “Options” screen
A folder for the site should appear in the viewing pane. When the folder is bold, a new item has been posted.
