The Assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. By: Steven Poirier Spencer Nguyen 4/22/08 D Period

Introduction On April 4, 1968, racial tension in the united states took another tragic turn. An assassin shot and killed Martin Luther King Jr.

What he did MLK (Martin Luther King) was an American hero who helped give civil rights to black people and make them equal.

When he was killed It was around 6 pm when he was killed. He was standing on the balcony of his motel when he was shot by James Earl Ray.

James Earl Ray James Earl Ray was a fat pig and we would have bobbed t he crap out of him if he was still alive. He was sentenced to 99 years in prison and now that he is dead no one knows why he killed MLK, PIG

How he was a leader Martin Luther King Jr. was a leader who helped take segregation away. He helped African Americans get civil rights.
