So what do we want? Funds within the FCI earmarked for health and welfare initiatives Amendements to the FCI standing orders and Stattutes Minimum level of dog welfare in the Stattutes and for countries hosting WDS and section shows: 1. Freedom from hunger, thirst and malnutrition 2. Freedom from abnormal heat and cold 3. Freedom from fear and stress 4. Freedom from injury and illness 5.
