Access Illinois: The Presidential Scholarship Initiative at UIC is designed to make the most of private scholarship support through a matching gift program. It’s an ideal opportunity to increase the value and impact of gifts for those students who demonstrate the most need. Access Illinois: How the Match Works Gifts must support undergraduate, need-based scholarships. Gifts must support undergraduate, need-based scholarships.
