Principal Position The Elementary Principal provides leadership for the staff of the school in developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive educational program, and administers the program in accordance with School Board policies and administrative rules and regulations.

Assess visual ability, develop, create and implement IEP’s, for students with visual impairments from two years old to twenty two years old. Schedule caseloads, order and produce materials/large print/Braille, positive interaction/suggestions/mainstreaming modifications with student’s parents, teachers, and administrators. Train in orientation & mobility. TEACHER OF CHILDREN WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS AND ORIENTATION & MOBILITY-MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PULASKI COUNTY, GILES COUNTY AND RADFORD CITY SCHOOLS — Set up initial vision program for four county school systems. Assess, develop, create program for IEPS for students with visual impairments from two years old to twenty two years old. Schedule caseloads, order and produce materials/large print/Braille, positive interaction/suggestions/mainstreaming modifications with student’s parents, teachers and administrators.
