Helen Thayer born and educated in New Zealand an excellent athlete who is be good at throwing discus ( 铁 饼), skiing,and climbing first woman to solo any of the world’s Poles

Travel to the North Pole In 1988,at the age of 50,Helen decided to walk alone there without the aid of aircraft or others,just a dog named Charlie that saved her life at least once. After she returned home,her first job was to gather photos and notes that she made when she traveled.she gathered them into a programme of education for students K to encourage them to set goals,plan for success, and never give up.
