LITTLE BLUE PENGUIN By BLAKE

INTRO The little blue penguins are boys and girls. There job in life is looking after their babies.

DESCRIPTION The beak is one of the important part of them so they can eat. The eyes are to see and look. The feet are to walk. The flippers are important it help them move and eat

HABITAT The Little blue penguin New Zealand’s beaches, the southern of New Zealand and Australia.

DIET They eat fish and small squid.

SPECIAL FEATURES The Little blue penguins lay 1 or 2 eggs in November. In Australia they are called Fairy Penguins! They are one of the fastest swimmers at 80cm a day. There are 18 other species of penguins.

CONCLUSION They are the smallest species of penguins in the world. There is 500,000 pares in Australia and New Zealand.
