Why an interchange at this location? TH 15 & Stearns CSAH 120 Border between Sartell and St. Cloud Medical Campuss on west side –+$70 million construction 100 Acre retail complex under construction on east side –Sams Club, Super WalMart, assorted smaller retail

Why an interchange at this location? NB dual left turn lanes 1500 length Signal at 81% capacity Future volumes

Why an interchange at this location? Greater Minnesota Interchange Solicitation –Promote Economic Development –Safety Concerns –$10 million –Local cost participation

Why a Diverging Diamond Interchange? Standard Diamond Signals vs Roundabouts? High left turn volumes Eight lane bridge
