Any webpage can be opened automatically by scanning the barcode. Want somebody to follow you on Twitter? Encode your Twitter page as the URL Simple as that! QR Codes can also contain phone numbers, sms messages, V-card data (Virtual business card) or just plain alphanumeric text.
