resume content career objective— 1-2 sentence overview of the kind of work you want to do; your career goals career summary— more appropriate if you have been in the work force for several years 2-3 sentences outlining your career history

resume content education— include any formal education, degrees obtained and in progress, the institution, dates attended & focus of degrees the less experience you have, the more you need to build up your education list any formal education or training programs you have taken which relate to your field list your most recent achievements first
