Facts about Lithuanian Customs Lithuanian customs was established in 1918; After Lithuanian gained the independence Lithuanian customs was re-established in 1990; Lithuanian Customs is responsible for the collection of European Communities’ Traditional Own Resources (customs duty part) since the 1st May 2004 (which is a part of Customs revenue); Lithuanian Customs administered 11 per cent of the total State Budget revenue in 2007.
