Operation Starting Line Overview
Operation Starting Line (OSL) is a program of Prison Fellowship centered around a collaborative network of national, regional and state ministries across the country that together seek to evangelize and disciple juvenile and adult prisoners and their families through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Operation Starting Line (OSL) Mission The mission of OSL is “to operate as a collaboration of like- minded ministries that seek the transformation of prisoners (juvenile and adult) and their reconciliation to God, family and community through the power and truth of Jesus Christ.
Operation Starting Line (OSL) Goals Evangelize To share the Gospel with those in prison by every effective means available to us; and to equip followers of Jesus in prison to do the same Disciple To serve those in prison who follow Christ so they may be transformed into His likeness and reconciled to others; and to equip followers of Christ in prison and out to do the same. Collaborate To be a tight working collaboration of those who deliver evangelism and discipleship together, bound by a dependence on consistent, intentional prayer.
