Goals Generate Feedback Through Targeted Questions Inspire Nurses to Take Initiative Motivate People to Get Out of Their Comfort Zone Encourage Cross Training Within the Unit

Questionnaire If you could make one change (or more) in your work environment, what would you do to make your job more rewarding or fulfilling? How would you improve the level of communication within your department and with other departments (i.e. patient handoff)? How would you benefit from being able to move freely and confidently in other departments? If you were management staff, how would you initiate cross-training within the departments? Would you be willing to participate in cross-training in other services to ensure and improve the quality level of care needed for the safety of our patients? What form do you think that training should take? Everyone can be a leader! How could Shands Healthcare benefit from you taking a leadership role from your current position?
