Influences on Your Health Heredity -refers to all the traits that were biologically passed on to you from your parents. Environment- is the sum of your surroundings, job, family, school, life experiences. Physical, Social Culture- collective beliefs, customs, and behaviors of a group. Attitude- ex people who see positive in the situation are more likely to have better health than those who see only the negative.
