WE ARE WHAT WE EAT THAT’S HOW IT LOOKS LIKE IN MY CASE
Breakfast In the morning I prefer: - Sandwiches - Rolls with Nutella - Milk with cornflakes - Eggs - Toasts
When we are healthy we are feeling good, and if we are feeling good we have a good mood every day. That’s why I keep fit!
Dinner
Bigos is one of the best known dishes in Poland. Made of cabbage, sausage, sometimes raisins and many different seasonings. It is delicious!
Soups
As far as the soups are concerned I must say they are very nourishing and of course tasty. My favourite are: Rosół (boullion) Zupa pomidorowa (tomato soup) Zupa ogórkowa (cucumber soup) Zupa grzybowa (mushroom soup)
Supper
In the evening we shouldn’t eat fast- food because it’s stodgy! That’s why I always eat my supper before 6 pm Usually I eat sandwiches with meat and tomatoes, cucumbers or lettuce, sometimes cottage cheese with rolls.
Dessert
It’s time for the best part ! Who doesn’t like sweets? My favourite cakes are: Szarlotka (apple pie) Sernik (cheese cake) Piernik (ginger bread) What I like the most is a fruit salad! Yummy!
