Breakfast Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gets you ready for the day. Here are some examples of healthy breakfast foods, cereal, apples, oranges, and bananas.

Vegetables The main source of vitamin A is vegetables. There are a lot of green vegetables. Some green vegetables are: broccoli, peas, and string beans. Vegetables give you lots of good nutrition.

Fruits Fruits have fiber and vitamins which are good for your health. You could make a fruit salad that contain fruits such as strawberries, bananas, oranges, and grapes. You should have 5 servings of fruit a day. A good fruit to eat in the summer is watermelon.

Snacks There are a lot of unhealthy snacks but, healthy snacks are tasty and good for you. You can have a granola bar and yogurt. It is good to have a small amount of a snack.

Exercise Eating healthy is not the only thing you should. You should exercise by riding your bike, going to the gym, and taking a walk at a park. Sports is active because you are outside and you are running while playing the sport.
