This project addresses capacity issues on Xfmr#1 at Clearfield South and Clinton. –Midland - Install a new 30 MVA kV Xfmr w/LTC. Earlier scheduled to be in service by Nov Estimated cost: $3,000,000. Can be deferred till 2023 with a distribution load transfer between West Roy and Clinton after West Point substation is in service with further distribution upgrades.
